We are seeking a workshop coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact in our service department, liaising direct with our large customer base and coordinating the technician’s service jobs.
Admin tasks will include raising job cards, job closure’s, spare part orders, warranty paperwork, stock control & WHS.
There will be daily deliveries and you will be responsible for maintaining the service department as well as the recycling of cardboard, toners, parts & various other tasks.
With on-site training you will also have the opportunity to assist with rebuilds as well as office equipment run-ups.
